This men’s circle is a confidential, facilitated space to slow down, reconnect with your body through breath, movement and meditation, as well as to practice honest presence with other men.
We focus on embodiment, grounded sharing, and real connection, rather than advice giving, fixing, or performance.
You don’t need to have it all together.
You just need to be willing to show up honestly.
When: Wednesday, June 3rd 6:00PM - 7:30 PM
Where: Central Coast Floats
*Wear comfortable clothing for movement
*Please arrive 10-15minutes from the start time to settle in. No late arrivals.
*This is a sober container
*limited to 18 participants
